Since 1978 Mitch Gries has been teaching body workers, massage therapists, health care professionals and even laypeople, one on one classes.  His classes are 2-3 hours long where you learn hands on how to improve your level in treating everything mentioned in the “Treatments,” section of this web site including dance/athletic injury treatment.
